Fjate que yo tengo reserva con booking para diciembre, aun no me han debitado pero pronto lo harán, en que fecha fuiste tú? Es que muchos dicen que esa playa se mantiene con mucho zargazo, que mejor vaya a bávaro, y he pensado en cambiarme hacia el barcelo bavaro, pero este jewel palm beach me apasiona en los videos, pero me interesa la playa, la viste sin mucho zargaso y en que fecha llegaste. We went in October - the seaweed was not too bad. They did a lot of work on the beach. We enjoyed the resort and did lots of long walks on the beach. You can walk for miles

Linda they did testing on site but we don't require it now in Canada so we didn't use it. They were registering people for it at check in

Good thorough video, but there seems to be a problem with the audio that made it a bit difficult to stay focused on your commentary. Sometimes two voice overs at once, and other times the background sounds are louder than the voice overs. Thanks for recording your experience.

How much extra was the preferred club?

We had booked the package through Travelocity and paid thorough them. Later we decided to upgrade to the preferred club through the resort directly we paid about another $1000 Canadian for two of us for two weeks. We might have got that cheaper if we paid at the original time of booking. I'm not sure. The resort was pretty full but probably not 100 percent due to Covid so that might have been less than they would normally charge.

What time of year did you go?

This trip was near the end of April - we also went to Dreams Macao Beach in this area this past January both were pretty good times of year to go to Punta Cana

Do you need reservations for the restaurant on the resort?

Only the French restaurant. The rest you don't. Actually the night we went to the French we made the reservation right before we went in -so technically they let us in without a reservation

And you said something about being Preferred what is that about

Preferred club was an upgrade. Usually I would think of this as a money grab but this time we felt the value was there -I guess we felts the perks were worth it.
