We've lived in Farragut for exactly one year on july 24 and we picked it because of the Farragut school district, convenient shopping and beautiful parks. We did find that the school traffic gets a little heavy because the high school middle school and one of the elementary schools are all on a cul-de-sac which gets a little frustrating plus they just started building a couple new condo developments close to the schools so the traffic will probably get a little worse but other than that Farragut is a beautiful community that will be hard to match Thank you for your videos

@livinginknoxville my family and I moved here a year ago from CA and we picked Farragut because of the good schools but my sister and brother-in-law have been looking in the area but they don't need good schools but would like to be on the water but they want best deals so they are willing to go further outside of Knoxville. They considered Crossville because they were retiring very soon and didn't want to pay Farragut prices Any suggestions for people with similar situations would be great, and I could pass it on to sooooooo many California's that want out of an ever increasing crazy state Thank you for your time

@@mrhood3977 Yes, there are options depending on how we define less expensive but if they want to be directly on the water and are looking for the most bang for their buck then Norris Lake is always a good option. Its about an hour more or less depending on where you are going to from Knoxville. There are options, especially if schools are not in play but what is best is really dependent on what folks want outside of just lower prices such as the need for close medical care, hobbies, etc. We are looking at lake lots saturday on norris in the low 100,000's that are approved for docks just as an example. @livinginknoxville I will definitely pass that info on They are planning on coming out in October to look around and I suggested for her to look from knoxville to Chattanooga along the Smoky Mountains. Do you only show homes in the Knoxville area? I have an uncle and his family who are interested in the Maryville area I do like your content, and I am going to share your videos Ty

How much do you have to pay for a 3-car garage home? Are they hard to find in Knoxville? Not looking for anything over 2500 square feet.

really depends on the home, age and location, etc but probably between 195-250 a square foot. We have a very tight inventory but homes can be found. Let me know if I can help
