Tour of Landis Place on King: March 2023 First Friday Forum

On Friday, March 3, Hourglass toured Landis Place on King, a new 55+ community set to open in Lancaster City later this spring, as part of our First Friday Forum on the redevelopment of W. King Street. Here we hear from Linford Good, VP of Planning and Marketing at Landis Communities, more about the project. Landis Place on King has 79 units, including 10 units of affordable housing, and will host a reimagined Rendezvous Restaurant, United Way Volunteer Income Tax Assistance office, and community space.
