Actually Northwick Park Hospital was opened by HM the Queen in 1970. So the old otis lifts are actually from the late 1960s-early 1970s.

I noticed the first Otis one you rode did not have a alarm button. Just floor buttons and a door open button on both panels.

There is one there. It’s in the middle of the main core building, together with numerous lift groups.

5:27, imagine if a young kid pressed it and imagine if the red button was a self destruct button... Little Kid:Ooh, Red button! (pushes the button). Lift:Self Destruction in 3,2,1... Little Kid's:Uh oh Lift:(Blows up). If it actually happened in real life it wouldnt be funny but if it was from a movie it would be funny.

I used to work here 7A is Supplys for the hospital, like some more beds. 7R, may be Theatre.
