Those bugs are called mango seed beetles. When they are small they burrow their way into mango fruit when the fruit is small and the the ripe mango shows no outward sign but when sliced small beetles emerge and scurry away. The fruit is ruined of course. They stink when smashed but the damage to your fruit will a bigger stink. Bag your fruit very early and the second season should be okay
