Love the villa guys!! If you guys go to St tropez for the day the celebrity boat tour is really fun and child friendly. We have been with our friends that have children and was easy to take a buggy on board. It take you to the more secluded areas on St tropez and you can see celebs big fancy villa's from the boat! X

Weird question but is central air conditioning not a thing in the UK/ France. Noticing those mini splits, weirdly I am in the US but my house was built without central and we have those mini splits and I notice they aren't very common here.

The view from the back of that house is breathtaking! Wow. I've gotta say l never get tired of seeing Amber's smile and her tush scoot. So darn cute! A popular retractable awning in the US is called a Sun Setter awning, just like you showed us here. It can be hand cranked or electrically retracted. The bed in the wall is called a Murphy bed. That's the only name l know of. They're really practical in small bedrooms.
