The building you say are condos at Puka Beach is actually a huge hotel. It is very controversial since they are build on wetlands and there are not supposed to be hotels or buildings on Puka Beach. The construction was stopped in 2018. Construction was unfortunately restarted last year. Nice video! Puke is one of my favorite beaches. Did you check out Diniwid beach?

Good to know, thanks! Looks like money talks! lol Actually Diniwid beach is about the only one I haven't been to yet, but will make it a point to get there!
