You give good details as you walked through the house, roof top garden, gym, pool and all facilities. Very beautiful unblock scenery. The house is abit too small but due to the central location, it should be very costly. Was travelling in a car the other day, saw this condo from far and all of us said the building look so beautiful, some even thought its a hotel. Hope yr friend enjoys this beautiful home sweet home!

Learn to be politically correct. Separately, avoid the choice of the phrase “当然”. English meaning = “certainly”, but colloquially, the phrase carries a tint of sarcasm closer to the meaning of “obviously”.

拿到新屋子之后，第一步就是检查瑕疵请发展商修补，在新加坡这是正规的新屋收房流程，每个屋主都会这么做。
