The latest luxury development to hit the Palm, XXII (22) Carat Club Villas comprises of 22 villas located on the West Crescent of the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah. Embracing a classical design, it is designed in a style akin to the Renaissance period.

I like the wonderful Dubai 22 Carat Palm Jumeirah Mansion. I like the dining room with the big chandelier, I like the dining room, I like the kitchen with the black marble, I like the bathroom with the Colavito marble. I like all the bedrooms with TVs on the tables instead of the walls. I like the master closet. The infinity pool is beautiful. I like the high tech glass wall that can change from transparent to foggy. I would like to use the foggy glass tech in mansion windows and glass walls.

Estate or Villa in Dubai is gorgeous. Classy, marble, molding. Only thing I am not sure of is the green throughout house. Too much for me. I like nuetral colors bieges, tans, whites. Green is pretty for accent walls or part of house. Not every room. Otherwise very elegsnt home. Thank you
