A very nice house, but seriously, that's not a beautiful view, and there isn't a toilet in the elevator, one could have to wait 20 seconds for a pee. All these toilets, pools, etc that's some volume of water. Nevertheless, a nice house.

Good point. I think it's funny how the huge wine cellar if filled with alcohol, would not be allowed under current laws for any local or foreign Moslem. Plus a non-Moslem would have to have a liquor license. Granted people with this level of wealth get special priviledges.

Villas, apartments etc.. You could even try branching out to other emirates like Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Other gulf countries like Qatar and KSA. Also, how about hotel/resort tours? That’s another big market.
