Accra in general is known to have very expensive homes and accomodation in general, in saying that it's not impossible to find an affordable place to stay during your travels. You can stay in hotels, airbnbs and other forms of short stay homes. Some people prefer to stay in a fully equipped home for their travels to allow them to cook and save money.
Accra, Ghana also has a variety of airbnbs available for stay. The price range can go from anywhere from 20$/night to about $500/night.
