How does it work having the upstairs bedroom open to the living room? I would think the adults still awake would have to be very quiet, and the kids palying upstairs would be noisy for the rest of the rig.

If you decide to put carpet upstairs, Menards has some nice carpet that has foam backing which makes it very easy to cut. And its flexible and not stiff so its easy to move around and install. We put it in our garage in our toy hauler.

Of course, I want to see how you live in it. Seeing how everyone modifies their RV gives me such great ideas. I'd go with carpet tiles over a remnant in the kids' area because if one gets damaged or yucky, then you can change out just one tile without having to replace it all. How can Terra (sorry not sure if that's how she spells it) possibly be 15 already? She was a little when I first started watching, and Ben was just a toddler.

We don’t really cook greasy food. And we actually never use the propane. Check back for the tour of our actual rig to see what we do instead.

Not a fan of those Moryde Step-Above stairs. Trendy, but not very practical for full timers. If your RV levels up high in the front, we have trouble getting the extensions to the reach the ground. If you park at a rest area or anywhere close to another vehicle which can happen at a Cracker Barrel or RV Parking lot almost anywhere, you can't get the stairs down. And worse, it blocks your entry while they won't drop. Fortunately, our new toyhauler has a back door with a four step folding stairs. I wish both doors had the folding stairs. Sorry Moryde, those stairs are just *not* a step-above.

No RVs are perfect and we feel it’s important to share the reality of what we’re encountering/experiencing so others can make more well-informed decisions. The pros definitely outweigh the cons in this model and we will talk about that more in some upcoming videos. This walkthrough was a bit surface level and we’ll dig into some more details soon.

For a new 5th wheel that you purchased you seem to have a lot of negative comments regarding it's quality and features. You should of checked our the Palomino Columbus 376DS. Very similar to your unit but very well built with nicer features.

It’s just some nitpicky stuff, no RV is perfect. Other than the drawer slides and the weird table thing it’s pretty well outfitted. I remember looking at the Columbus DS - the loft is way too small for our two kids to fit up there. It looks nice otherwise.
