You can “move” the flame shrine by just adding another where you want it, making sure it’s leveled enough to cover the entire build, and then deleting the original one

This is Harvest Home, it is next to Woodgard - If you climb the Springlands Spire and look west and down you will see the ruins of Woodgard & Harvest Home
