This is a crazy amount of outdoor space for anywhere in NYC/Brooklyn. I counted 4 outdoor areas. Actual backyard with grass (or turf), deck off main floor/kitchen where you can see a covered BBQ, Deck off office where she sometimes puts the blowup pool and roof deck up spiral staircase. That's INSANE space and a crazy good investment.

I feel like them opening the show with Sai was a cute little nod to Alex and the Vancampens. Back then living in Brooklyn was so frowned upon by the other women but Brooklyn really is a (expensive) hot spot now and is a place so riddled with cultural history,its a full circle moment to see it again. I love Sai so far

its still pretty frowned upon depending on what type of "new yorker" you are. a lot of upper east siders still hate Brooklyn and say "if you can see the NYC skyline, then you're not in new york" but I personally love Brooklyn and its growing so much. its its own city IMO.

I love all the pads but Jerseys takes it for me when it comes too all the franchises n property they have. I think NY is stunning my dad was born n raised there my mother from Jersey but us kids Vegas is where my parents landed n had us born n raised n I can't get over the no front yard or back yard lack of property n space that ppl live in n pay for. I couldn't pay that much money to live somewhere n u have no space for anything plus how expensive they pay to live with no space. Their use too it in NY it just blows my mind the lack of space. I love this cast tho.
