Thanks again Lewis. What size chainring? How much water? Total bag capacity?

32t, 2L, my bar roll is 7.5L. Not sure about my frame bag. Maybe like 5? And then a litre or two capacity for extra food in my hydration vest

Great overview! Two questions. 1) Do you have any sponsorships or given free/discounted gear? 2) If so was any of that gear shown in this review?

I’m a Maap ambassador. So the kit I was wearing was sponsored. But genuinely, I would be wearing their stuff regardless. They’re a Melbourne-based company that makes really comfortable stuff that I’ve been wearing, by choice, for years before they sponsored me. I’m too anal about gear to use something I don’t truely believe in and wouldn’t accept their kit or gear from anyone else unless it’s what I wanted to be using. Everything else is paid for with my own money at full retail price.

Thx Lewis. So helpful. Big surprise for me was how little water you needed and you could drink straight from streams. Seems to make frame bag the go. And that allows dropper. Right?

Nice!👍🏻 only CO2 or did I miss a pump?

I missed the pump!😅 it’s mounted on the bottle cage mounts next to my frame bag. A Lezyne HV Drive.

Same thing happened to my inReach on the TD. Turns out it is a known fault that Garmin has not contacted users about upgrading software. Some possible resets that involve holding buttons and your tongue the right way. In the end my “fix” was a replacement for a discounted price😢.
