Well, the biggest differences are in environmental. In Thor, cooling is not an issue and heat is geo-thermal so that it also very cheap in cost. The real difference is the Thor DC is in a zone 4 area due to ground movement and there has to be a lot more compensation for that. Allen is in a Zone 1 so it is anchored directly into the Texas bedrock. Jimmy Ray
