I would have loved to hear those generators! Believe me I’ve heard loud ones before. Are they kats, Kohler, or what? Are your air handlers Liebert? Do they have VFD’s on them? It sounds like the chillers have VFD’s.

Pretty poor thermal design of cooling in the room. A lot of waste and uneeded mixing.

No hot or cold air contaiment? Mixing of cold air end hot air from the racks.
