anyone who lives in Canada knows this home will sell for double ythe asking price, minimum, am i wrong? if so then why are houses so cheap in Lethbridge compared to other similar cities in Alberta?

You are definitely wrong haha. In Lethbridge, the average home price is about $350,000 - we have less population in Alberta in general. In Calgary this would be closer to $500,000. Typically houses in lethbridge sell for 98% of list price... maybe you should consider a move to Lethbridge :)

How it is possible that this house w/ 4 beds 2 baths is under 1000sq. ft. I think you've got that wrong. 😂

nope. in alberta we only count square footage above grade. so the square footage in the basement is not counted!
