Chase, how serious is the smoke and fire situation in the Boise area in the summer? What about drought? Im currently in Calgary and we have both problems.

Depends a lot on the fires that happen. We definitely see some smoke travel down certain years where we have fires. Drought wise, we have not had anything lead to restrictions since I have been here. Some years the irrigation is turned off earlier than expected when the canals dry up, but that is all I can think of!

Is there a significant retiree demographic living in Eagle or Meridian where you're close to amenities and conveniences without the need for a car, or maybe reliance on Ubers and food home delivery?

We are definitely car reliant up here. Eagle and Meridian will have easy access to most things, but not a lot is walkable and our public transportation is not the best. I do have some clients who live in a 55+ community in Meridian that cannot drive, and they make it work, but I am not sure what their day to day looks like.

Uber and Lyft, Ubereats and Doordash, are all widely available in most of our area.
