You were awesome at Kings Theater. Truly a joy seeing you perform. As for panic attacks, I have been told mine are overwhelming jolts of the human's ancient fight-or-flight response, which evolved to help us react to attacks by saber-toothed tigers or whatever. It's just that for me, it always felt as though I was both the tiger and the dude trying to avoid becoming lunch. So what I have learned after 66 years of experience is that I never drown by falling in the water...I only drown if I stay there. Onward and upward, Lizzy. You are an amazing talent.

I was late to your NYC set cause I took the wrong train like a dumby but I got to hear the last like 4 songs and you were INCREDIBLE. You are definitely wayyyyy too hard on yourself which I get because I am also too hard myself lmao but I hope you can get to a point where you can see how amazing you are. I literally found out that you were performing in MD the day right before the show, but I am so glad that I was able to get tickets in time to watch you perform in person.
