I live in Japan and I can tell you that you can only get this kind of hotel mostly in cities or towns not in the countryside. Bishop Ozubulu has broken some records and has done well. This is a fantastic hotel 🏨 no doubt about that. But issue of being five Star, is not, this should be three Star hotel. Anything five Star hotel should have a massive land with sports equipment all around. But not withstanding this kind of hotel, you usually find them in a City, like Awka,Asaba, Owerri & Enugu.

Spot on! I have noticed several times when people ascribe some unnecessary adjectives or appellation to a successful project. It is ok to be proud of the achievement and all but to throw around: biggest, 5 star, richest etc is tacky. I am coming to Nigeria soon and I will be there The person that made this comment has a hidden poverty mindset. The owner of this building is a big boy and this hotel is not even an inch of his resources. This village is where he came from and he decided to build it here. You have a poor mentality and that's why you haven't gotten ahead. He is currently building a much more bigger hotel in the capital city of Anambra state which is Awka.
