This is massive meyn ! Dr Godwin Nmaduka is a renowned physician and philanthropist known both internationally and globally for his contributions in medical care and research. He’s has medical centers in America and other parts of the world and he’s received numerous prestigious awards in medical science and research. He’s a great man with good heart for others. This structure is among the tallest buildings in Africa. Igbo nwere mmadu. May he live long.

Stop lying. It's not among the tallest buildings in Africa. Not even among the tallest in the Southeast. Nairobi alone has at least 100 buildings that are taller than this.

Goddy Maduka is another big tree in igbo land... though he tried his hands in the dirty waters of politics and did not do well but his philanthropy is out of this world ..goddy maduka.. alloy ikegwuonu na ozubulu..enerst obiejesi obi Jackson na okija are the only rich people i know in igbo land Others are learning. That is the point I'm trying to make. Igbo people will build large hospitals or hotels in villages in the middle of nowhere rather than building it in Enugu, Aba or Port Harcourt where millions live.

@@tochibona75 Pls what tourist will visit to see a 17 story building? If that building was in AWKA it could have been more useful, some floors could have been rented out to different companies and even government , plus AWKA would look better with such a building

Building this edifice in his village, simply shows lack of foresight. I really wonder what he intends to prove. He actually ends up in demonstrating his short-sightedness. Imagine Awka skyline with such building. Soludo, promised to make Awka Dubai of nigeria, he simply need a litirate society to achieve that.

@@Austineokeke-x5x true , the government alone can't build a City, majority of the buildings we see in foreign countries are privately owned buildings , this 17 story building maduka built in his village could have changed the skyline of AWKA and be and inspiration for others to build the same in AWKA , cause igbo naturally likes competition, that's why building in Onitsha are looking the same cause everyone is inspired to follow the same design building 5 to 7 storey building, nobody is inspired to go beyond that in Onitsha
