Hey there! 😂 I totally get where you're coming from! This is actually the style of the home, called 'Farmhouse,' which is inspired by traditional farmhouses, but it doesn’t necessarily come with the barn, crops, or animals. It's more about the design elements like rustic wood, open spaces, and cozy vibes. So, while it’s missing the tractors and chickens, it’s all about bringing that country charm into the home itself. And yep, Texas is still big-just with smaller 'farms' in this case! 😉

I live not far from New Braunfels and there is nothing worth that price in that area especially not this example!

I understand your concerns, but if you know of a builder who can construct this home for less, please do share their details-I’d genuinely appreciate it. I understand that prices have changed since 2010, but unfortunately, we can't offer this home for $500,000. If this particular property doesn’t fit your budget, I do have others that might be a better match

I invited you to drive through Vintage Oaks, River Chase, Havenwood, Copper Ridge, etc. those homes are hiding in plain sight.

nearly useless pantry - glass door, decorative shelving vs actual storage needs , window is a waste of space.. looks good for pics.. not functional. wouldnt pay more than $620K for this. probably in an HOA .. HOA's restrict too much.

Your number is just unrealistic. I don't know any custom builder who would build a custom home for $150 per square foot. Maybe a few years ago, but not now. Thanks for watching… keep in mind that a custom home is not just made for functional use but for the look as well.
