Exactly. Lot, location, lot utilization, interior design usage and practicality. Also you become kind of desensitized about prices. He said 16M and i was like “kind of a steal” 😂

The housing finishes are very luxury. House is very disjointed though. Your time is spent walking and walking versus enjoying the home. It feels like the interior designer and builder did well, but they all had to suffer how the home was architected to fit as much “stuff” on a plot rather than concerning with how it’s lived in
