Jason. Hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving. 1st thing noted the houses are nicely spaced apart. A 6000sq ft terrace and the primary is 2000sq ft which is a 4bedroom 3bath 1 story home. 😮. Wow. Amazing staging. Wished the furniture was as option. The folks can sit in those 4 chairs and the rest watch Netflix on the sectional. Nice kitchen. Cozy nook. Appreciate the chefs kitchen. Yes to the furniture package for $250k. Big guest bedrooms. Huge laundry 🧺 room. Office. This lower area with the sauna is great right off the pool. Lovely backyard. Cabana bath. Pool & outdoor covered kitchen 🙌🏼. 1000lb capacity Elevator 🙌🏼. Wondering what the electric bill is per month; like 3-4k? Cool primary closet. They still have the skirt molding to apply. That does not look like a king size bed in that large primary. Beautiful tray type ceiling. Appreciate the rooftop bathroom. Great home. Shaq bought the last home? That was a great home. I like the home but this isn't HOA correct... that would be a plus if not... I want to place in a lot of trees and a guess home on the side with the neighbors... or on that roof area.... can place more indoor space for guess on the 3rd floor.... I don't need that much space on the roof but if it can support the weight addition that would be great for guess on the 3rd floor....for that privacy... and leave a bit of outdoor space for them, a grilling area, maybe a hot tub, bar, outdoor sitting area, and dinning.... also, I like they didn't go shinny flooring in the home... Nice mate texture and a good color for the flooring.... overall I like the home... they may get 6Ms for it... NICE

If I could ever afford this place. I would put in a rooftop outdoor kitchen full with a nice size appliances. And throw in a big size table and chairs. And put in a full bar with a dishwasher and it can hold any kind of drinks for your company. Then I would put in the biggest jetted hot tub with storage to put in towels and sunscreen. Or whatever else you can think of to put in it. And throw in a private outdoor shower with room for changing clothes in. And put in whatever else that you can think of concerning whatever the sport you love to play on this big gigantic rooftop.

Very nice house but I just checked, florida even this close to Miami is surprisingly not crazy expensive as long as you get the tiniest bit away from the coast. Even with water front it's not bad. So this 7mill is a fairly high price. There is a waterfront property of same size a stone's throw away that sold a couple of months ago for 1.1million. I'd guess you could build that 9k house for 2million. That's kind of a gap :)

As a realtor or a homeowner, I would show this home entirely differently and emphasize every inch of this home. Grammatical errors do not cut it when you’re showing a 6+ million dollar home. I think there are too many minor flaws in this house. For eg, "chef's kitchen" without any cooktop, common toilet on ground floor has very tiny shower area etc.

Lol, there's literally a 4 burner gas cook top with a center griddle. The bathroom you're referring to is just a powder room. 99% of them have no shower , or tub. Not sure what video you watched.
