I love your comparison of home and property in price to other towns in Central Florida. Hands down this is the most affordable and less congested region of the gulf coast. It’s realtors, like you who brought us back to the area. Thank you for your hard-work. Finally a kitchen that a cook could actually use. Love house #2 but, small living room with no foyer.

On the second and 3rd house, I can't believe they put the master bathroom toilet in the closet, facing the doorway to the bedroom. Let me poop while my wife picks out clothes. That's not awkward. Lol.

Great videos...... But im not liking the laundry room/garage door/master bedroom combo with a pocket door separating it from the kitchen in the 3rd home .. That floor plan is very odd.

Ryan, you always do a very nice job at showing the features of the homes. It's amazing how the lower priced homes have paved driveways and entrance. The kitchens have granite with a beautiful farmhouse sink and great appliances. The bathroom and closet combinations are definitely a concept one would have to like. They did show thoughfulness in including additional cabinets for the clothes, but the toilet next to the closet cabinet seems awkward. I wish the builders would think about leaving a few pine trees in the backyard, which is what gives Citrus Springs a beautiful country like setting. I love my pines and the sound they make when there is a breeze outside. They sound like ocean waves. The pine needles are great to make tea, especially when one feels like they are coming up with a cold. Keep up the great work. May many blessings come your way. ❤

No usually builders won't install those to stay cost effective and instead they use double pane thermal windows
