the pebbles between the tiles is a design that needs to go , it just break up the space and makes it seem much smaller than it is , also i imagine the ability to clean this must be a pain over time

I noticed it’s like the ceiling will touch your head why it’s sits low now before it was towering tall walls that I loved this one it’s like cramped 😢

I believe this home had some building height restrictions so it wasn’t blocking the views for the homes behind. That’s why the ceilings are a bit lower than normal for Blue Heron🙌

Nice house. Like the layout. Only knocks is at above 3 million price u need 2 dishwasher and a secondary fridge in the kitchen. When u come out of the garage u need to have more closets. I liked the mention of my suggestion for entering through the garage Thanks

Hey Rommy! The garages would likely only be suitable for smaller trucks. There’s plenty of space inside for all the recreation - a pool table and some games could easily be put on the loft, which is what some Blue Heron homes do for staging. Hope you enjoyed the video!🙌😁

For 6 M AND YOU want bowling alley these and that you’re talking about 24MILLION at least for the add ons. Everything is expensive now . You want pool tables that’s for the buyer’s job to put their own touch eh . That’s the beauty of using one’s imagination and you’ve got the power as the buyer to put your own design or touch
