Nice house I like it Do wish they would add a second oven stove in the prep kitchen. Not sure why the usa does that. Here in Canada it would have a stove/oven in the prep kitchen.

Great video Danny. The short ceilings are a bummer, makes sense to grab more Sqft if they’re asking for $10M. What’s the price per Sqft? The two level primary is interesting, don’t think I’ve seen that before with Blue Heron. Favorite part of the home is that island in the kitchen🙏

@10 million, the kitchen is absolutely missing a Gaggenau appliance package. Or Miele at a minimum. Blue Heron, no Thermador at this price point, ever!

Sorry, but those ceiling heights and upstairs room flow are laughable for $10M. 8 foot ceilings upstairs? 9 foot downstairs? A metal spiral staircase inside the primary bathroom (obviously they ran out of space)? A primary retreat on a different floor than the bedroom? You have to walk into and through the primary closet to get into the master bedroom? A single 6 burner stovetop for a near 8000sqft house? Even a $1M home couldn't get away with this, let alone a $10M home.

I agree I would have loved to see higher ceilings - but as mentioned the home is restricted on height, so they compacted the two floors to add more square footage. Blue Heron is known for using those spiral staircases in many of their homes. You can enter the primary from just outside the dining area - there’s a pocket door there, I just happened to enter through the closet space. I agree with the appliances, would’ve liked to have seen Wolf/SubZero for a property of this magnitude! Hope you enjoyed the video!🙌😁

@@dannydhas They really should have built a 4-5 bed 6500 sqft single story with 14-16ft ceilings in the living areas. Cut some of the 7 car garage for interior living space if necessary. Build a rooftop deck. It's a 0.67 acre lot with ground floor strip views, I really don't see the necessity for a 2-story. This type of home would have felt far more luxurious and appropriate for this neighborhood and price point imo

@@obbob I don’t disagree. There’s quite a few homes Blue Heron built up there - this is just one in their Luminary Collection. Actually the home behind this one “Volito” sounds a lot like what you’re mentioning and it sold for roughly $10M. This home “Drift” was designed for the avid car collector or enthusiast in mind🙌
