Beautiful home. Will be interesting if this house sells quickly. The kitchen is undersized but maybe the demographics of potential buyers won’t care. Also, Dacor peculiar choice given wolf cove elsewhere. Should have gone Gaggenau or Miele. If details like this are overlooked - what else is?

@@dannydhas This house is a replica of another home that is backed up to the golf course, with an 8 car garage and a pool, almost 3x as big as this house's pool. It also has a large yard on the other side of the pool, an elevator and 2 grills. It was on the market for $6.3M and it was on the market for months. I don't know if they sold it yet.
