The Jade building is one of the most beautiful buildings in Miami Beach. I like the living room with blue chairs and a piano that has a nice view of the sea. I like the white marble kitchen. I like bedroom 2 with the flatbed. The master bedroom with the bed facing the window is awesome. the master closet is spacious and the master bathroom is beautiful. seating on the balcony, looking at the blue green sea while feeling the breeze is very relaxing.

I rarely comment on anything, but I just had to comment on Mr PJA… His property tour videos are nothing less than outstanding. I watch his videos because they showcase abundance and prosperity. When I watch these videos, they inspire me to feel that I can achieve such a level of success in my life. I never knew that people can live in this level of abundance and opulence. I listen to his narration and I notice his references to how living in these properties can give you a feeling of accomplishment and magnificence. It’s my hope that I can meet PJA in the near future. Peter do you know why they tilted the glass railings forward on the balconies, for to the eye it just does not feel right. Personally I prefer the duplex apt you have featured at the " 1000 museum" with the two hearts framing the views but I'm loving the views and the location of this duplex apt at the Jade a lot more. The main floor is a bit too white that all I was thinking of, was pulling out my sun glasses; feels like your floating on a massive white cloud but I still love it; but unfurnished though, while still keeping the Steinway. Mesmerizing tour like always for you just have shown us that Cloud 9 does actually exist.

I dunno... here in Norway, only if you actually live at the very top of the building, is it a penthouse.. *at 17.56, it shows there is another floor or two above. Edit: the video thumbail picture does show him standing at the very top floor..

For my own personal preference it’s just way too “white”! I’d have to have the painters in to remove so much “white” especially in the main living area. For me it’s just too clinical/hospital looking. I much prefer the apartment above it with its wrap around balconies instead of all those small ones. Having said all that, I’m sure someone will love this apartment and make it their dream home.

Great comment and observation lamalache, gas bbq are not permitted on balconies in Florida for safety reasons only electric as you see in the videos. Overall did you like the rest of the tour and property.
