Nice house, great video. I'm already thinking of adjustments I'd make in that house. One thing they overlooked was a family/ media or TV room, though you could work round that with converting the grand dining room ( which you once indicated as such then later as a second lounge) as you have a breakfast nook that's big enough. Pointer, that wasn't a balcony by the breakfast area and swimming pool, it's a patio or veranda, balcony would be like the one in the master bedroom, would have loved if more bedrooms had balconies. Houses at this scale usually come with an outside kitchen or grilling area, and seeing as it has a flat roof, a roof top terrace would've been an awesome addition for additional entertaining area, otherwise great job!
