Nice to see you're back. Have to say tho, this was one of the less beautiful houses in my opinion. Didn't like the open floorplan. For me, there should be a separation between the bathroom and bedroom. Especially if it's the master. That's just me tho. Sonst, tolles Video!

Finally! Where have you been???? Was about to send the Internet search squad to look for you! I haven’t even watched the whole tour yet but I already know it’ll be awesome....cos it’s Marobrothers of course! Having watched it, I like the flow and the floor plan, but the open bathroom concept is not my cup of tea...wondering how humidity and mould would be dealt with. Also the backyard doesn’t have enough grass space (where would I put the kids’ trampoline and where would they run??). Excellent presentation as always though.

Hey Thomas 🙌 thanks for your comment! On a personal level I would say that this house suits better as a holiday home, where maybe a trampoline wouldn’t be needed :):) otherwise I’m sure that the humidity wouldn’t be a real problem.

love your videos, keep it coming, especially cause i am looking for a property in marbella right now and these videos combined with your cloud nine discussions help a lot with trying to evaluate properties and areas all the way from japan. the one thing i would love to see added would be something like a floor plan in a corner of the screen or something like that, perhaps even with a "dot" (or little face of yours, etc) to represent the current position within the house.

@@TheMarobrothers already checked the site. It was an additions for real estate sites to look thru to narrow down possible listings for myself. Right now checking regularly Drumelia, Costa-Casas, Marlo-Property, Marbella-Estates, Engel&Völkers, DM Properties and El Madronal Villas as the main sites. I checked out Cloud Nine Spain as well, but the search function is very wonky for me, with each time scrolling down it resets the show as listings or grid and jumps back to page 1 and resets the order each property is displayed (high to low/ low to high) therefore making it unusable for me sadly.

I can only pick one fault with the house, on the staircase there is no hand rail and if you slip there is nothing to grab and the old infirm might find this daunting An easy fix for the buyer of this lovely house

This is certainly a pretty house - only the pool has a somewhat small swimming area .. unfortunately. The light window above the stairwell is absolutely brilliant ... just how can you clean it? But my main problem is these openly planned bathrooms - I don't like that at all. When I am forced to communicate in the morning .. phew .. nothing can come of the day for me. Unfortunately. 15:28 "they're not shelves, they're cupboards" No, they're wardrobes. Cupboards are in the kitchen (most of times) hence the name cup-board, you put cups (and other kitchen holdings) in it, not clothes.

Great kitchen but the installation is absolutely terrible, its a very lazy install from the kitchen fitter!! Corner posts not flush with the door in the utility, no filler to fill the gap to the wall to the left of the appliances
