Very very tiny house, only half the size of a usual-sized terrace house. Top up another $300k can easily get a usual-sized terrace of 1600plus land size with 5 bedrooms and a car porch.

I understand where you're coming from! I do agree with you. Unfortunately in this particular area of Thomson in Singapore, the land size is as such. We can't change that :( Thanks for your comment!
