Hello Peter, This Miami Condo One Ocean South Beach is gorgeous, The landscaping is beautiful in front of the Ocean 🌊 On the Condo The design of the Kitchen is very nice , The Formal Dining and the Family Room nice , The balcony watching the Ocean View is amazing, The Primary Bedroom is beautiful and the design of the Primary Bathroom is very nice 🤍🏙🏝🌊🛳 Excellent tour I enjoy watching this video.

You should do neighborhood tours. Like unique amenities in the area could be surf lessons from your buildings beachfront. You could also list quality boutiques and restaurants and spas to note in the area.

Really like this spot walk any where is a great plus. How many parking spots do you get with condo?, and is there yacht spots ? i really like that place. top of building are those just spaces for penthouse? Great showing as always Peter relaxing and beautiful. i like the idea of walking but i like cars and yachts , looks like the port is close , but i always wonder about my cars where they can go. really a special place looks so peaceful. i watch this 5 times to really see it and i wish i could move in tomorrow vary special place. thanks sir and have a great weekend Peter.

This video is very enjoyable , relaxing and peaceful. Love it. You just brought some good memories to my mind when I used to live in South Beach and I used to rent an apartment by myself for the first time in my life thanks to my good work. I really love Miami Beach. When I Ieft the city, one of my friends told me : oh god, no way you are leaving, You are Miami!!!. I would love to have some property there when we are in 5D officially. I love that I can walk around blocks and blocks and you can find everything you need. I remember the park. I used to visit a lot. Thank you, nice video!!.It's very very Miami's energy!!.
