That's the house right at the end of Los Tilos Rd, iirc, overlooks the Hollywood Bowl. This is Outpost Estates area, which is about as exclusive as you can possibly get while being that close to Downtown LA and Hollywood. (The first Hollywood home ever was actually built in this area, 1850s.) 450 homes in total. They had trouble selling this one, though I think it's now off-market, probably a rental for the Diddys of the world. Imagine having your own driveway that's also a bridge. Pretend to be homeless and sleep under the bridge ... on an expensive lounge chair under your own driveway on your multimillion-dollar property.

Thanks, for the tour! All of these new construction HH homes look about the same. No garage, unacceptable! Where’s the office? Beautiful home, but it has it’s peccadilloes. I must be jaded ‘cause the price seems reasonable even though it has its shortcomings.

Those stairs are a lot of wasted space ! Several of them especially exterior work better as spiral stairs, then the wasted space inside could be turned into much more functional office space. The finishing in the closets look cheap (Particle Board?) The "Theater 🎥 " was a joke . Extremely limited space for Gardens or planting Palm or fruit trees, which if better configured would have enough space for Plant to enjoy the climate .Who wants to live so close to an AirB&B " Party House" the ceilings were Not "Valted " , the upper floor opens onto more of a "Terrace" than calling it a Balcony? He really did a terrible job on selling it, No actual Garage , if you want to keep high end cars ! He didn't show the Elevation? Is it too small & claustrophobic? They started with a good idea , but went cheap on so much of finishing and oversized stairs Everywhere ...Great view!
