The house design is good, I like the stairs cases, but there are so many things not standards. The 65 million you are saying is way to high for this property. The bedrooms are not well structured, for instance, the master bedroom we have unnecessary white storage cabinets. So, how will a king size bed be placed in this bedroom? You need to add a couch and a TV area in the bedroom, how will all this fit? Also the kids bedrooms, managing that space will be a problem. The only thing that has impressed me is the size of the kitchen, though the paint works are poor and also the storage spaces are not fancy enough for 65 million, they are just too ordinary and obvious. The lone area is nice, the parking space is good though consider changing the grass to Arabica Green grass and PRIZE THIS PROPERTY WELL.

The owner of this house is very smart, he is putting it on sale akijua he will buy a whole estate in ngong and rent it all out. And in future give each house to his kids to live in,and another yakukula rent, especially if they are boys...watakula mzee kichwa if he does not sell this karen house.
