That really is a great and smart design. I particularly like the roof top open area. Did anyone else see and wonder about the adjacent shack on the next door lot ? Hope they are not forcing anyone out to build these luxury buildings but that is likely how these things work.

So you can only lease the land for a total of 90 years? But you still own the property? After the 90 years will your family be forced to sell the property for market value or how does that work?

That is call "Lease Hold" you can buy "Freehold" (Own Land and Property) by setting up the Thai company to buy Land and Property then you do not have to lease anymore.
