You know a house is way overpriced if it's in Thailand but the price is USD. They already know there's no way a Thai person buys it. Her English is the best I have heard from a native Thai sales presentation.

There are very wealthy Thais that purchase these types of properties. One of my Thai friends family has a large pool villa that’s absolutely beautiful. So yes she maybe targeting the farang market but there are many Thais that can easily afford these.
