Hey Jason. 2 homes in one day. The cinematic scenes looking A ok. Always appreciate a theater. Expect each bedroom to have its own en-suite. Open concept living/dining/sitting/kitchen looks good but that glimpse of the backyard as you’re passing looks great. Covered lanai/outdoor kitchen looks great. Agreed. The guest bedrooms upstairs are huge. That last bedrooms en-suite was huge. 1200 sq ft primary is a 3- bedroom apt in NY 🫤. Like the closet and love the en-suite shower especially. And a huge balcony. Nice home. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

At 04:08 the style it's called American modern, or California modern It was invented in the mid century Germans were doing wars at that time 😅 it's not German style it's American modern, mid century You probably went to a frank Lloyd wright house, it's a famous architect that started the American modern movement since 1920 and 1950 many homes of his are museum now for starting that style

@morejasonMatouk those countertops are NOT granite, they’re Corian. Granite is a rock 🪨 it comes from earth it looks completely different. It has a cold feel to touch & it’s very smooth. Corian looks a little like granite but it is man made, it last much longer than granite, no maintenance requirements. It is not as shinny as granite, it is more muted. The main difference in between the two is that one is a natural product that comes from mountains while the other is man made. Hope this helps.❤

A better deal than California homes for same price, but it is very hot there but is big, means too much electric bill, and danger of snakes, and other animals for sure.but the house has bigger area, and what I like about it is each bedroom has their own big balconies.if I win a lotto ,I will buy this house.
