I saw this exact house plan last year and I liked the decor of that model better. That model had hardwood throughout and it looked so much better. I don’t mind the modern touch for this model, I just think the white ceramic,light colored walls and mostly white countertops gives it a boring look.

This house is all the way west of boca. Terrible location. This is not worth more than $3.5 with interest rates being this high. There's no demand with interest rates this high this should be lower than 2020 levels soon. People are going to a reality check soon
