Living bout 5-6 blocks away from this in a duplex and can't stretch enough how traffic is gonna kill you. Taking the first or last flight on any given day is amazing but other than that I hope you ride a bicycle or motorcycle as you'll be stuck in traffic a lot.

This is such a bad take! 😂 I mean, traffic is an issue anywhere you live in Austin. (Sorry to burst your bubble!) I have lots of friends in this neighborhood and have driven back-and-forth at all hours of the day to and from here and traffic is not particularly worse than any other area of town. But I definitely agree. - convenience to the airport is huge! 🙌

@@HarpethRealty don’t get me wrong. We’re happy with our little duplex and the neighborhood - moving to the city from Bee Cave saved us at least two hours of daily traffic and getting to the airport is a breeze as well 😅 We were looking for a spot around Bouldin but the prices were already insane in 2014…. Anyhow a great listing and video. Kitchen is breathtaking
