I'm a little torn on this one. I like that fact that there are no neighbors to block the view on one side but I don't like all of the riff raff passing so close to may side yard.

My dad use to live in Manhattan beach. Area is super pretty but you get so little house for so much money. I’ve been in condos bigger than most houses in Manhattan beach. For 7 figures I expect at least 7k sqft
