Amazing video as always! The condo's adorable! For future videos, could you show more of these small little condos? With home sizes getting smaller, it's interesting to see how people design their houses to maximise their space. Nice place but single toilet is a dealbreaker . Trust me I know bcos I lived in a single bathroom apartment for more than 20 years . Just only 2 people with stomach aches at the same time needing to use the toilet urgently ………….. the scene is not pretty 😂

Not for family planning more but for lifestyle and just couple alone . At 1.5m penthouse, freehold , rooftop private pool at $1.5m is super gd deal . Just enjoy life !

Haha single bath.....crazy....& my friend had the same type at east coast area...after 2 years ...they sold it off ...the pool was never used and lack of space....

1400sqft divided by two level, therefore the living areas are only tiny small of 700 sqft, every spaces are small and tight !

One common toilet is a disaster. Roof top pool is narrow a close to roof edge. No safety. You need to grille shell it for safety. Pool is not levelled with floor. Not a gd buy.

The pool looks like a baby pool. Agree that the railing is too low for safety as the pool is too close to railing. Not practical for swimming for adult.

So there's actually a side gate at the top which the maint. team accesses every week. It's completely private from the rest of the house 😁

Having a private pool is one of the worse thing for a condo unit. Imagine the cost to maintain such a small pool. Looking at the whole layout and the single toilet issue. It would take a miracle to sell this unit and a fool to buy it.

tbh its a nice place but more suited for one person then an actual couple... hardly any room for any built in closets for the master bedroom and if u do they are gonna be tiny! not to mention the walk way from the base of the bed is smaller room size then my actual smallest bedroom in america... this is a bachelor pad more then anything... those railings leading up to the pool kinda scars me... i cant imagine being drunk up there... so that would have to change... take out that pool for more room n just put a hot tub instead with a lil rain shower thing to rinse off the chlorine... the rest of the area can be for bbq and a table n some chairs for entertainment purposes... but dont get me wrong its a narly cool place just wouldnt be ample for for long term... just one person

It will be good if the top level can be converted to living space. Most people do not need to use BBQ pit all the time. Private pool is a luxury with additional maintenance fees. If the condo also have pools, no need extra. More bedrooms will be better.
