The layout for the house is excellent! The specificity of each room makes it a nice family home. The developers did a good Jl job planning it out. You can see the attention to details.

If I were to buy, I would combine the sitting and dining room, reverse their position with the sitting room area upfront and the dining room at the back bringing it closer to the kitchen. I would then put in pocket doors between the dining room and breakfast room so you could open up the space even more for large family events. Id have to replace the radiators with central heat and air. Upstairs I would combine Bedroom 1 and 4 to make a larger primary suite with larger bath with dual sinks and separate shower and tub along with a larger dressing room space.

I like the oops just ignore this part...oops just ignore that these type of houses build up in a couple of months from the ground with trying to save in material prices, u can expect doors that doesn't correctly fit in (lile in the video) loads of cracks due to the foundation not being settled.. homes built in couple of months to last a couple of years for £700-800 thousand or even more

Hello Tumi & Brian thanks for such a wonderful tour of such an amazing, spacious home at a very reasonable price in my opinion. The 2 rooms at the front of the house would be turned into a downstairs bedroom & possibly another snug/study/another bedroom. This would be imperative for due to my illnesses. Loving the large front door & spacious hallway, especially the kitchen & of course utility room. 10/10 guys well done. Have nice weekend & stay safe 💗🌸💗

Thanks for your comment Andre, you do have to choose whether the dining opens up to the garden or the sitting room does. With your suggestion, the sitting room will be a separate formal space at the front of the house and then the dining area will be at the back for enjoying garden views 👌🏾

Love 💕 Love everything about this Home My Dream 😴 And at a Good Price for a 5bed - I would want the same house as a 3bed 🥰 with security gates and cameras all around. God Bless Me my dream will come true. And Yes I would definitely make one downstairs room into a guess bedroom.

I would use the downstairs bedroom for an office. However, I would close the 5th bedroom off in the hallway and make it apart of one of the rooms upstairs. I love this floor plan.

A Standard home, small rooms and seriously overpriced. not for me. But a lot of hopefuls would still want this. each house is the same, so there is no individuality. Another example of paying for the plot where it is and everything else has no soul. However, well presented and this young lady's voice is calming that entices you to watch.

For how big the house is and how much it is I would argue that the primary bedroom is small compared to what’s out there, I would rather have 4 bedrooms with a larger primary bedroom

@@PropertyVlogsUK Hello, you have a fresh approach not concentrating on the “”dressing” or staging of the rooms but the actual property, importance of window locations , how the rooms flow etc. If you are not sure of something you say so and tell viewers to check the description box for full details. So many house tours are by people who quite honestly sound as if they are surprised to see a sink in a kitchen. Maybe one thing I would add are the optional extras that are on offer. Not everything as there are too many extras but just add to your content with some which gives the potential buyer/viewer an idea what to expect when they tour the property themselves after seeing your video. Going to watch all the videos this week. Best wishes for future tours.

yep thats true, but keep in mind this is a luxury big executive property, if you are a small family a nice 2 or 3 bed property will be just fine and will cost way less.
