Nice villa, but for the price of €5.75 million, this villa should have 5 full bathrooms, if it has 5 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom, not 2 rooms sharing a bathroom and 3 rooms having their own bathroom. It would be better if they made 5 bathrooms inside the space, and not the 5th bathroom that they put as a pool bathroom in the barbecue area. So there are 5 bathrooms and 2 toilets or 2 half bathrooms or 2 powder rooms, which is not 7 bathrooms as they count. Also, for this price, the villa should have an elevator, because it has 4 levels and a garage for 5-6 cars.

A plot and build this size on the island of Mallorca would probably cost you €8-10million plus. After watching your videos of the Marbella area in the future i could possibly put side Mallorca with their insanely high prices and choose Marbella instead

Any future plans to tour properties on the Costa Blanca? kzbin.info/www/bejne/pn6zi4F_i8msqrM The properties up the coast are much cheaper than Marbella and so you'd be able to find bigger properties to tour for a similar price to this. Also closer access to Ibiza 😁
