Hey Vicki & Team. What a fantastic home!! It has a large footprint with super nice & welcoming garden areas, tons of natural light, massive height ceilings, beautifully designs arched doorways, a gorgeous roof top area, lots of chilling spaces on the outside off of the main floor and if you want to be surrounded by nature there aren't many properties that offer this level of tranquility. Like you stated the new owners will feel lots of "Calmness". Luv Vicki's energy; she's always smiling, inquisitive and has a nice welcoming spirit about her presentations. Well Done Vicki!!! Fantastic house! I'm a fan of single floor homes, high ceilings and large windows. Also arches, when done well like in this place. I hardly noticed Vicky in the thumbnail of this video, so tiny compared to the house 😂

Hola, la villa es original lo que es un aspecto positivo entre tanta mediocridad de casas en la costa Se aprecia que la orientacion solar no es optima y la decoracion es barroca y kitsch En limpiar, calentar y enfriar la casa te gastaras una fortuna Mucha sombra en la piscina Techos altos buena cosa Al estar en una vaguada debe tener muchos mosquitos El precio parece razonable
