Hi Kentino, thanks for watching. The public trail is quite far up the mountain from this point so that’s not possible, however if people did come down, the garden wall height makes it very hard for people to view in. There is also private security surrounding these properties as you can imagine…

Beautiful home, great art work. Thanks for the tour. Question on the architecture - what is the design/functional purpose of the primary bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms being connected via doorways (in the video they used one of the doors to walk from one of the bedrooms to the mirrored layout bedroom). These are internal doors near the outside patio - not the doors that from the main hallway. I have only really seen this before in hotels.

Hi Shane, thanks for watching and great question! We can think of a couple practical reasons for this design. Consider a family who have young children/toddlers; access is readily available for them to check on their kids! Also, having doors reduces the sound barrier allowing the parents to hear for crying etc… It’s also convenient for in house nannies to be closer to the children and not have to use the main hallway at night. Reasons for not using the main hallway could be for security reasons. Alarm sensors may be set up along the hallway at night (saving the hassle of deactivating). Also the hallway route is quite a lot longer… From the perspective of a family with young children this design is genius! 🙌
