It's a very nice home, but is it worth 11 million usd?? That I'd a crazy price for Llandudno. Could buy so much better in the Cote d'azur, ibiza, marbella, and not have to deal with the crime and security risk. I think cape town us stunning but 11 million??🙈🙈🙈

I have seen this house on BBC lifestyle's listing Cape Townits great its beautiful BUT however there is less natural lighting coming in making the house dark and with natural lighting it would be brighter and make it homily and cozy

Often with Saota houses, they are one of the best I have ever seen, however there would always be things that I would personally change. This house however is PERFECT, Saota really out did themselves, I cant see a single thing I would change. Not even The Pentagon in Clifton could beat this house.

I thought this looked like a Van der Merwe Miszewski design, and I was right! Built 2006. Some interior finishes that are a bit dated now, but overall a lovely house. No elevator? Ooof... I would love to rip that garden out - what a mixed bag of sad looking trees. But good bones. All the Eucalyptus trees have to go!
