I want the land but would rather have something nice like this mega home below ground with a small living unit on top. Maybe a 1,000 sq foot home or small cabin above ground and the real gem below ground for a lot of reasons. Yes, this home is very nice!

Worth every bit of $4.6M-5M! Remember this is not Bozangeles or Missoulywood! It could run a pretty good cattle operation and still have room for some great hunting! It has been another quite smokey year, it makes for poor filming. It is clearing up now i hope.

Don’t forget, you can still negotiate. It’s an awesome home but it’s more than in the range of 4.5 million to 5.5. Even though the acreage, I think it’s over value. Still would take it any time.
