Beautiful house, I think new builds are finally getting there style wise. Upstairs is pretty much perfect, the only thing letting the house down is the small kitchen which seems to be problem with most new builds.

Thanks for your comment Amy Carey and Nurse Alexander. It's often developer's trying to tick all the boxes or squeeze everything in, many people apparently do still prefer a separate dining area. Though I believe that's changing now.

The downstairs toilet is well placed because if you have a party in the garden. Visitors will just go through the utility room to get there instead of walking through the house.

"0:15" It doesn't seem to take much to get her excited, still a very beautiful house but alas my bank balance and the price of this property (and others like it) they wouldn't see eye to eye and besides I dare say it's been sold by now as the video is a year old! Even If I had the money a 3 bedroom house would be ideal, not too big and not a studio flat either and then a large garden would be perfect. A lot of these new builds seem to cater for the big families but not many developers cater for us bachelors sadly.

Why no access into the garage ? If they flipped the laundry room and half bath around then they could walk straight from the garage into the laundry room and into the living space. Do british not like being able to go directly from garage into the house?

Hard to evaluate how big this is because dimensions are not given. Cameras always make houses appear bigger than they are. Can you provide dimensions in future please. There is no links anywhere I can see.
